    I conducted an audit of the website, social media, media presence, and branding. This involved setting brand goals and KPIs and establishing a path to achieve them through the following methods:

    • PR publications (thematic magazines, international publications, articles about the founder in lifestyle magazines with native brand mentions, Telegram channels, and communities)
    • A dedicated YouTube channel for videos about the studio’s activities and broader topics attracting the target audience
    • Targeted advertising, and collaborations with other brands and influencers
    • Search engine optimization and contextual advertising on Google
  • Competitor Analysis

    I provided a competitor audit, an essential strategic practice for understanding existing market products and services, their strengths, and weaknesses. This insight allowed us to align with consumer demands and develop an effective business model.

  • SMM Strategy

    I developed an effective SMM strategy to drive engagement without financial promotion. It included organic content promotion analysis, competitor audit, content planning for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and oversight of its implementation.

  • YouTube Strategy

    We decided to focus on developing the existing YouTube channel, undertaking the following actions:

    • Renamed the channel to the company’s name for better search results
    • Defined goals, and mission, and built a philosophy and concept
    • Developed a topic rubric for video content
    • Drafted script plans and scripts
    • Managed production and promotion
    • Updated the channel logo and header, revised the description, and switched the language to Ukrainian
    • Added the channel logo
  • Targeted Advertising in Facebook and Instagram

    Unfortunately, Google Ads did not yield the anticipated results, leading us to prioritize social media advertising instead. The results were:

  • Google Ads

    I tested various sources of relevant traffic. The results of Google Ads were:

    I developed a new site structure and semantic core. The blog section was filled with thematic articles according to the semantic core, and meta texts were added to enhance site promotion during searches. Detailed metrics include:

    • Total Users: 1,217 (+155.1%)
    • Active Users: 1,216 (+156.5%)

  • Participation in Competitions

    To achieve the strategic goal of increasing brand awareness, I developed a comprehensive plan that included participating in competitions both within Ukraine and internationally. I researched competitions, outlined a participation plan, and determined the budget.
