• About the Brand

  Ristowai is an AI-powered food tech SaaS platform for restaurant operations. It brings key processes together in one modular system — from shift planning and cost forecasting to HR, marketing, and review management — helping teams work smarter every day.

• Objective

  Build a visual identity from scratch that reflects the product’s tech nature while staying approachable, works consistently across product, web, and social — and explains a complex modular platform in a simple, visual way.

• Solution

  We developed a complete visual system: a custom wordmark with a distinctive «o» icon, a monochrome palette with a signature green accent, and a Coolvetica + Helvetica pairing. We also designed the dashboard UI, social media assets, GIF animations, and a custom 3D model mapping the platform’s modules — from Kitchen Lab and AI Core to Manager Office.

  A cohesive identity that scales across every touchpoint and gives Ristowai a recognisable face in food tech. The 3D model and animations turn an abstract SaaS product into something you understand at a glance.
